Pre-Development
We are proposing a 38 Unit Multifamily with new construction development. We are going to construct on 2 Detroit land bank authority lots and 1 MSHDA Owned Parcel.
Our design concept is a stately design at the intersection of Grand Ave and the entrance to the Grand McGraw Circle community.
We are going to have mixed income housing including units for families at or below 80% of area median income, workforce housing and market rate units.
Historic architectural design is our vision for the Grand McGraw community. We want to maintain a consistent brick facade motif affronting Grand Ave. We are proposing a podium and surface parking!
